This is an Biometric or Fingerprint based Time Attendance System or Biometric Fingerprint Access Control System if used with Electromagnetic Lock. The device uses a 500 dpi scratchless Fingerprint Optical Scanner. Initially the Fingerprints of the users are stored on the device by a very simple process. The process of marking attendance for a person who has enrolled his fingers is very simple and takes about a second. The machine is standalone and can store 50000 transactions.The transaction memory gets vacant as soon as data is download to the PC for reports. The downloaded data is processed and various Time Office Reports like Late Arrival,Absent,Attendance,Daily Weekly Monthly Reports, Working Hours,Leave Management , Overtime etc. and many more can be genertaed by the Time Attendance Software.The machine also has output for connecting Electromagnetic Lock , which can be fitted on to Doors for security. Only an authorised person , whose valid finger is enrolled on the machine can access the area where the door access control system is installed.
